Megan Buffington
is a training and organizational development expert with over 20 years of
international experience throughout North America, Asia, Latin America and
Europe. Ms. Buffington’s work focuses on globalization and cross cultural
diversity and its impacts, leadership and management development, strategic
planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Ms. Buffington
has worked with Motorola, Lucent Technologies, Hyatt Corporation, Adobelite
Manufacturing, Uarco, Northwest Airlines, Continental Saving Bank, Satyam,
and the Levy Group, among others, at locations around the world.
Ms. Buffington has developed numerous executive training programs and regularly
delivers programs on managing global complexity and understanding transcultural
differences— as well as strategic alignment, total quality management,
implementation and evaluation, cost benefit analysis, and systems thinking.
